Nukkit Minecraft Server Arrows/Minecart bug

Hello all. I have a Nukkit Minecraft server running on my raspberrypi. I notice I am unable to shoot arrows or get into a minecart. arrows pull back and then disappear but remove from inventory. When placing a minecart on the rails, the use button does not let me inside it. The only plugin that I have is the mob plugin. Does anyone know a fix?

I am in survival mode. I will confirm again tonight with full details but I receive an error where arrows or minecart are null.
