Hi everyone, sorry the previous version didn't work because I didn't have a server to test, but I got it now!
Commands:
/ef give <effect> [player] - Apply effect to player
/ef case <effect> - Apply effect to item in hand
/ef list - List all available effects
/ef reload - Reload configuration file
Permissions:
visualeffects.use - Allows usage of the /ef command
visualeffects.give - Allows players to give visual effects to themselves or others
visualeffects.case - Allows players to apply...
